Brightchildren4u.com’s vision is to become a leader in supplemental education and to motivate children and others to achieve and pursue their educational objectives. Our vision is to see children and all individuals excited about lifelong learning opportunities.   In pursuit of this vision, Brightchildren4u.com will provide a safe, educational website with high quality curriculum, personalized attention and positive results: through better grades and improved self-esteem.

Brightchildren4u.com’s mission is to make the world a better place by empowering our children and cultivating their minds for the future to live more meaningful lives.  Our mission is to be a positive force in the educational process of children.  Through our shared vision we can be a catalyst for action and change.  Brightchildren4u.com believes it can become this catalyst for change by sharing first with our families, friends and circle of influence.

Company Profile

Along with expertise we provide, we also deliver certain intangibles that may be equally valuable to our customers. First, we bring insight. Because of our experience, training and objectivity, we help motivate our employees, students, parents and teachers. Second, we bring energy, in the sense that our work helps motivate students to change and work hard in their educational endeavors. Finally, we bring 20 years of expertise and experience to the table, and look forward to sharing our wealth of knowledge with our employees, students, parents and teachers.

Our corporation consists of the following officers:

• Dr. Naomi Sealey, Ph.D., Founder and President.  Naomi is an entrepreneur and business expert with vast experience and a strong background in business administration, finance and corporate development. She has 20 years experience, bringing a  wealth of knowledge to the table and believes in lifelong learning. She is recently a widow and has two boys (10th grade), one recent graduate from Groveport Madison High School and three grandchildren in the public school system, and knows from experience that children, parents and teachers need additional resources. Naomi has previously taught elementary students in the Groveport Madison and Reynoldsburg City School Districts in Ohio and was elected President of the Groveport Madison Board of Education after serving two terms as Vice President. Dr. Sealey is currently serving her third and final term as a board member of the Columbus Urban League (Head Start) Policy Council. She was instrumental in collaborating between the Columbus Urban League and Groveport Madison Schools to open a Head Start center at Madison Elementary School and believes that all children need a head start in education and life.

• She obtained her Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a Human Resource Management Specialization from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota; MBA in Business Administration and  Master's of Science in Marketing and Communication from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Sealey is also a college professor, who currently teaches at Grand Canyon (Online) University (GCU) in Phoenix, Arizona; ITT Technical (Online) Institute, Carmel, Indiana, American-InterContinental University (Online) (AIU), Hoffman Estates, Illinois and at Franklin University where she is an alumni and teaches at the campus and online courses. She has taught Public School Finance for GCU for over six years and is a Subject Matter Expert (SME), course developer for Public School Finance and has taught thousands of teachers in a Master’s of Education program all over the U. S. including Germany, Iraq, Spain and Hawaii. She is part of the College of Education, College of Business, Education Administration, Management and Business.

• Naomi also teaches graduate and undergraduate courses, such as Organizational Theory and Behavior - Systems and Cultures - Development and Change, Managerial Communications, Business and Professional Communications, Corporate Communication and Research, Business Management, Business Research for Decision Making, Business Communications, Ethical Decision-Making, Concepts in Organizational Behavior, Business and Society, Business Presentations, Beginning Composition, Essay and Research, Production and Operations Management, Management of Corporate and Virtual Teams, Managerial Economics, Project Human Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Strategic Management, Human Resources, Accounting Practices in HR Records Management, Principles of Supervision, Principles of Retailing, Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, Integrated Marketing and Communications, Services Marketing Management and Consumer Behavior to name a few.

• Dr. Sealey is committed to utilize her education and expertise to help children and adults enjoy learning as much as she does. Her goal is to continue helping others reach their educational goals through her teaching, and to support students, parents and teachers by providing them with supplemental materials and resources. Finally, her goal is to make Brightchildren4u.com's website a success and serving children and adults in Ohio to achieve this dream by constantly seeking avenues through educational research, writing and development and contributing to their success and programs.
