Groveport Madison Schools - GMLEA Awards

May 15, 2002 -- Naomi Sealey, creator of Brightchildren4u.com received an award from the Groveport Madison Local Education Association (GMLEA) at its annual Spring Recognition Reception on Wednesday, May 15, 2002.   She was chosen as one of this year's Friends of Education because of the support she have given to the staff and students of Madison Elementary School.  

The Friend of Education Award, as well as the GMLEA Scholarships and Retirement Awards were also presented at the reception.   There were approximately eight individuals presented with the Friend of Education Award, four scholarships given to local students to attend college, and numerous retirement presentations at the ceremony.  The GMLEA Spring Recognition Reception is held annually to present scholarships and retirement awards, and to recognize individuals who support the students and staff in the Groveport Madison Local School District in Columbus, Ohio.
